@marina Very nice, I like that drawing
Do you use a graphic tablet for your drawings? Or do you have another professional device for this?
@maha Thank you I'm using Procreate on iPad and Apple pencil for digital drawings.
@marina Even though I think I’m only slightly talented I gave it a try with an Apple pencil (1st Gen) but I never really made friends with the pen. It just wasn’t a natural drawing feeling. Do you use a screen film to make the display feeling more like paper?
@maha I'm also still on 1st Gen apple pencil but hope to switch soon to the newer one. I don't put anything on the display but you're right, it doesn't feel like drawing on paper.
@marina I find it difficult to write or draw on the smooth surface. Maybe I'll try a special film, if it's not detrimental to other functions (video,...).
@maha Let me know when you tried one and share your experience, I am really curious.
@marina I started a little research on this as I don’t know anyone using such a paperlike film. People are reporting the film to get scratched quickly and have to be replaced after a couple of weeks of usage (at least if extensively using it). Also the tip of the Apple Pencil seems to get damaged over time by the rough surface and you also have to replace it from time to time. But I’ll keep checking if there are people with other experiences…
@maha That's really interesting. Didn't think about implications on the pencil tip by using a paperlike film.
