This is a photo where you are looking through the opening into a wooden nest box where three large blue-throated baby macaw chicks are looking up at the photographer. They will soon fledge but you can still see many white areas where there is only baby down but their heads and wings are already well feathered. Photo April 2011, Loreto, Beni, Bolivia by Peachfront.
