LCC municipal

It’s Saturday Morning Municipal Street Lighting Nerd Club. Here is the GEC Z9480, a favourite of the Croydon Corporation Borough Engineer for side streets in the 1960s (where this example is from). Also, some examples from out in the wild in 2013 before they all disappeared.
