@alanpringle So many boomers intentionally take on avoidable risks it feels like a generational characteristic. I suspect many of the gen have a positive childhood association between breaking out of social norms & taking on risk. Sneaking out of the house to go on a date, moving in with their unmarried significant other, etc. Responsibly taking a covid booster gets misaligned against a generation of ad memes for rebellion and independence from repressive social norms of their time.
