We *don't* have all major data back to 1901. So we *can't* be certain that Smokey Joe Wilson, or Satchel Paige, or Leon Day, or Hilton Smith never matched this. But she says we are.

The recognized Black Leagues *were* major leagues... but there is no statistical record that can confirm that what she's saying applies to all pitchers in those leagues.

So she needs a disclaimer.
