- improved the profile of Karl #Winterhalter wikitree.com/wiki/Winterhalder, after finding his #WorldWarI unit stated on a postcard, which he had sent to my great-grandmother a few days after entering
- accidentally did some coding for the #WikiTree Browser Edition in order to be prepared for the #April2025ConnectAThon despite the new design
- wife made a bucket of her fabulous #bolognese, which will hopefully be part of some lunch breaks this week

- lots of overtime, which I can burn during #April2025ConnectAThon at #WikiTree in a few weeks
- getting used to not being able to sleep for a few hours in the middle of the night, instead of twisting and turning, I'm trying to do some Flo/#genealogy tasks. I know I will be tired after some time and still can sleep a bit usually
- found the reason for a customer problem on my local PC after searching at his for over an hour

Belated #3GoodThings for yesterday:
- had some Flo time while not being able to sleep between 3:30 and 5 and then still managed to add some 2.5 hours of sleep afterwards
- was allowed to add a picture of a painting of G. #Lauenroth, that I found for sale online, to his #WikiTree profile at wikitree.com/wiki/Launroth-1
- busy day at work with a ton of side projects still allowed me to process all week's emails and left me somehow happy about the progress and my impact

@geneapleau During my first ConnectAThon, I decided, that I can't pull 72 hours of #WikiTree just like that. Since then he's living with me and "forces" me to get out for a short walk two or three times per day. That was a few years ago and it stuck. And if I'm sick, too exhausted or not at home, he is perfectly fine with it, won't get depressed from it and will not pee on the floor. #ImaginaryDog

Walking around a local grocery store in #NewOrleans & I came across a huge stack of Poor Boy (Po Boy) bread. I absolutely grabbed one (#bread is life).

I found the name of original bakery owner: George H Leidenheimer from Germany.

What's a #genealogist to do on a rainy day in #NOLA (besides drink 😉)? Create a #WikiTree profile.

And just my luck, I happen to know a German that can help, @Flominator, until I saw which part of #Germany George came from. Drats 🫤
