As long as the satisfactory feeling of having used your muscel groups without overstraining them leaves you spent after the workout, all is good.
L warned me this would happen, and this morning it did. I was cornered by an elderly gym-goer who asked invasive questions about my work, nationality, marital status, living situation, family name, etc in between pouring out her life story and how neglectful her unmarried daughter is. It was a harrowing 10 minutes of me making polite noises while the woman talked at me. By the time I detangled myself, I felt like a husk. It's only day 3 of the #gym. Must not make #eyecontact.
First another 20 rep back squat, at 50-60^ 1RM + 2.5kg. Which ended for me at 55kg.
Then the #workout "Rolling Stones"
5 rounds for time
* 10 Right Arm Dumbbell Cleans (22.5/32.5)
* 10 Left Arm Dumbbell Cleans
* 20 Wall Balls (14/20)
I scaled this to dumbbell cleans @ 10kg, and wall balls with a 12lbs ball. I guess next time I can go a bit heavier, but my legs are jelly now...
Finished in 12'01"

Si hoy empezaras a entrenar deberías de hacer en cada sesión un poco de todo.
Así aprenderías los ejercicios básicos de todo el cuerpo mucho antes y no localizarías la fatiga en una zona en concreto.
Para principiantes un poco de todo es normalmente lo óptimo.
